Nose: Soft and full-bodied with rich caramel and toffee complemented by hints of lemon zest and subtle peat smoke.

Palate: Lush and smooth, with sweet toffee and vanilla followed by lemon curd notes and a light, integrated, peat smoke.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering honey sweetness and a crisp, smoky, citrus finish.

Nose: Fresh and spicy with bold BBQ smoke, black pepper, and rich dried fruits.

Palate: Intense, with warming spices and dried dates on the palate. A touch of dark chocolate and herbal licorice balancing the spice.

Finish: Long and full of flavor; with lingering sweet spices, rich BBQ meats, and subtle integrated peat smoke.

Palate: Rounded and rich in character, with a peppery kick, Sherry soaked dark fruits, and a gentle smokiness bringing a savory, briny character.

Finish: Viscous and warming, with rich fruits, salty dark chocolate, and a lasting balance of sweetness and smoke.

Nose: Full-bodied with a strong cask influence after 18 years, offering rich butterscotch, vanilla, and caramel, along with hints of toasted oak.

Palate: Robust, with sweet caramel and toffee fruits, balanced by a touch of peat smoke and subtle saltiness in the background.

Finish: Long with lasting toffee and butterscotch, and a hint of maritime smoke that rounds off the finish.
