This Single Malt whisky offers wonderous flavors, derived from amazing 400 Liter, French Limousine oak casks from a family owned Cognac House, previously used to mature superb quality Kosher Cognac.
AROMA
Warm spices, complete with cloves, thyme and star-anise, evolving into an exotic combo of cacao powder and mango followed by notes of dark chocolate truffle and stone fruit.
PALATE
Rich texture and a warm mouthfeel, with a hint of nutmeg spiciness. Sweet fruit, with a touch of tart red berries.
FINISH
Baked apple pie, rich in butter and enhanced by cacao and sweettoasted barley.

This Single Malt whisky has been matured in fortified red wine casks from local Israeli wineries selected for their distinct flavor profile. It is an expression of our unique terroir and the excellent casks it produces.
AROMA
Dark chocolate perlines filled with raspberry jam, tobacco and earl grey tea, fragrant pine needles and a touch of cake frosting.
PALATE
Maple syrup, smoked dry chilli peppers, candied cherries.
FINISH
Peaty earthiness followed by fresh mint, comforting hot cacao.

POMEGRANATE WINE CASK SMALL BATCH

This is the first and only Single Malt whisky in the world, aged in a rare variety of pomegranate wine casks. The pomegranate fruit is an integral part of our culture, enriching our local cuisine.
AROMA
Ripe pomegranate, followed by a swirl of rich vanilla, roasted coffee and butterscotch. Strong earthiness, accompanied by notes of orris root, spearmint and freshly baked sour apple.
PALATE
Juicy, with crushed pomegranate grains, dried figs and a bouquet of spicy-sour herbs.
FINISH
Long and dry, with a hint of toasted oak, followed by sourdough pretzels with a side of red fruits.

WHITE WINE CASK SMALL BATCH

This one-of-a-kind whisky was aged in hand-picked traditional white wine casks from one of the best boutique Israeli wineries, unveiling magical flavors derived from local Chardonnay wine casks.
AROMA
Strong, fruity aroma, combined with earthy notes. Apricot and peach pair with a bouquet of white flowers, are followed by a light citrus and a slight mineral flintiness in the background.
PALATE
Medium body. Delicate notes of oak are accompanied by dried apricots, lemongrass and a pleasant earthiness.
FINISH
Long. Hints of rich, dried fruit, with lingering flavors of citrus, oak and a gentle touch of resin in the background.
Whisky in Bloom
Double Cask
This special edition of our Whisky in Bloom has characteristics that will reflect our future classic single malt whisky.
A unique double cask bottling: ex-red wine (STR) and ex-bourbon, aged for only 24 months. Surprisingly well-balanced and smooth, with dominant notes of vanilla and oak.
Aroma: A delicate smell of vanilla together with sweetness followed by delicate citrus fruits
Palate: Medium body, sweet flavors of vanilla and honey predominate at first, accompanied by sweet flavors of dried fruit.
Finish: Long. A warming oaky note lingers in the mouth for a while, together with black pepper flavors.
Whisky in Bloom
Lightly Peated
This is a special single malt blend of three cask types: ex-bourbon, ex-red wine (STR) and ex-Islay casks previously used to mature peated whisky from Islay in Scotland.
The ex-Islay casks provide an additional layer of light peatiness and maritime aroma.
Each of the different casks contributes a complexity to the spirit, balancing and refining the different flavors for an intricate, lightly peated Whisky in Bloom.
Aroma: A delicate peatiness together with a malty sweetness, oak, followed by a touch of sweetness of butter & honey.
Palate: Light-bodied, notes of peaty smoke predominate at first, accompanied by the sweet taste of dried fruit and honey.
Finish: Long. The peaty note lingers in the mouth for a while, together with light oaky flavors.
