Nose: Vanilla and dark chocolate cake topped with roasted pecan nuts, dried apricot and a touch of banana
Palate: Rich sweetness of maple and toffee with a hint of thyme, accompanied by creamy mocca
Finish: Spicy with oregano and cloves, some toasted almonds and charred oak in the background.
