Introducing Matsui Umeshu and Hakuto Gin!
Matsui Whisky based and Brandy based Umeshu Plum Liqueurs have been meticulously produced at the Kurayoshi Distillery using Japanese plums and water from Mount Daisen to make for a mellow, delicious liqueur.
Matsui Whisky Umeshu:
Content: Plum Wine & Whisky 700 ml, 14% alc.
The refreshing sweetness of Umeshu is made from the finest Japanese plums and is combined with perfectly balanced, Matsui Whisky made from the underground mineral water of Mount Daisen is added.
Rich and refreshing with a luxurious and lingering aftertaste, Japanese plum liqueur can be enjoyed with ice or soda water.
Matsui Brandy Umeshu:
Contents: Plum Wine & Brandy 700 ml, 14% alc.
Home-grown Japanese plums are used in Matsui Umeshu. Then, perfectly balanced Matsui Brandy (made using the underground mineral water of Mount Daisen) is added.
Rich and full-bodied, with an elegant aftertaste. Water, ice or soda may be added according to preference.
Hakuto Gin from Matsui
Hakuto means a white rabbit and is also named after a myth from the Tottori Prefecture where the distillery resides
Japanese botanicals such as Sakura (Cherry Blossom), Yuzu Citrus, Sansho Pepper, Green Tea, and Nashi Pear (a specialty of the Tottori Prefecture) are used in each bottling.
Haukuto Premium 700 ml, 47% alc.
A pleasant tasting complexity of botanicals that are very flavorful with a refreshing peppery note. The unique flavors that this provides differentiates itself from your ordinary gin. Please enjoy the spicy yet sweet and refreshing complex flavors.

The scent evokes refreshing citrus fruit combined with tasting notes of sweet pear, black pepper and spicy Japanese pepper. Drink this straight or mix this in a cocktail of your choice.
