We’re so happy to share with you the results from the 2016 IWC for ImpEx Brands.
The big news is that Machir Bay secured the 2nd Place for Best Single Malt Whisky, ahead of so many other Scotch whiskies. This is a magnificent expression, so well made, scoring very high in blind tasting.

The wins are as follow:
– Kilchoman Machir Bay: 2nd Place Best Single Malt Whisky / 1st Place Best Peated Whisky / 2nd Place Best Single Malt Scotch NAS / 1st Place Best Single Malt (Islay) (94.5)
Whiskies tasted that didn’t win a medal, yet received a good score and will be listed in the 2017 International Whisky Guide:
– Kilchoman 2008 Vintage (91.7)
– Kilchoman Sanaig ** The Sanaig wasn’t part of the package delivered and not received.
The Exclusive Blend 1991 got Bronze in Best Blended Scotch (over 18 Years Old)
